1. Before Shipping
Order can be canceled only before it is shipped.

If the order is not yet shipped, the amount will be refunded.
2. After Shipping
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
If the customer refuses delivery:
- Courier RTO (return-to-origin) charges will be deducted from the refund.
3. Refund Timeline
Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5–7 working days.
4. Prepaid Only
Since GoNutsy offers only prepaid orders, all cancellations must be approved before dispatch.
