Refund & Return Policy

At GoNutsy, we take great care to provide fresh, premium-quality dry fruits and wellness products. Due to the nature of food items, we follow a strict and transparent Refund & Return Policy to ensure hygiene and customer satisfaction.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received the wrong product

(Example: different item than what you ordered)

You received a damaged or defective product

(This includes torn packaging, spoiled items, or leakage)

You received a product with quality issues

(Example: spoilage due to transit issues)


2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and ensure food safety, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used dry fruit packets
  • Products with tampered packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Taste or preference-based returns
  • Postpartum ladoos, immunity ladoos, or any freshly prepared items
  • Discounted or promotional products

Once opened, dry fruits are not eligible for return.


3. Return Request Window

Customers must raise a return request within 9 days of delivery.
Return requests after 9 days will not be accepted.


4. What You Need to Provide

To process your request smoothly, please share:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Order ID or invoice number
  • A brief explanation of the issue

5. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • A replacement or refund will be provided (based on availability)
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days

6. Order Not Delivered / Lost in Transit

If the courier fails to deliver your order or the package is lost:

  • We will issue a full refund or send a replacement, as per your preference.

7. Incorrect Address / Customer Unavailability

If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable:

  • RTO (Return to Origin) charges will be deducted
  • The remaining amount will be refunded

8. Quality Assurance

All GoNutsy dry fruits are:

  • Freshly packed
  • Hygienically sealed
  • Checked for quality before dispatch

We maintain strict quality standards that align with food safety guidelines.
